Maintain Good Records

As your memberships grow, so do some of the communication challenges you will likely face.  Members often move, change jobs, use new emails and forget to change that in their Member Splash account.  This results in a loss of communication with those members and often frustrating phone calls into the membership desks.

As part of your annual cleanup after the season, it's a good idea to have your members go into their accounts and update all of their information.  

An  email to your members might look something like this:

Dear *|FNAME|* *|LNAME|*,

OUR CLUB NAME is conducting its annual review of our member data.  Ensuring we have good contact data means we will be able to contact you regularly with pools news.  And of course, you'll always know when dues are to be paid.  We ask that when you log into your Member Splash account, you please take a moment to verify all of your account information and make any corrections needed. If you have any questions or need assistance with any changes please contact us at email of contact person.

To log into your account please complete the following steps:

1. Go to and click on the Member Login/Manage Account link at the top of the page.

2. The username for your account is *|LOGIN|*

3. If you ever lose your password you can use the password reset link, but this requires a valid email address on file. You can store one email address per adult member by clicking Edit next to their name on the account management screen.
