PLEASE NOTE: These instructions are for updating individual accounts or for a limited number of accounts (i.e. less than 15 accounts). Should you need to update your entire membership or a large number of accounts you can use the BULK Update tools. Those instructions can be found at  "Membership Account Screens - Bulk Updates"



1.  Go to Members>> List Accounts



2. Search for the account that you need to change. 

3. Then hover over the acct# column and Click Edit Account:





4. Once you are in the account the following screen will appear.  

5. There are 2 places that you need to update the Payment status. They are at the account level and at the member level.  (See the highlights in the screen shot below. ) 



6. Be sure to click the "submit" button at the bottom left of the page. It is directly below the emergency contact information.
