Change the Payment Status of an Account & Member

PLEASE NOTE: These instructions are for updating individual accounts or for a limited number of accounts (i.e. less than 15 accounts). Should you need to update your entire membership or a large number of accounts you can use the BULK Update tools. Those instructions can be found at  "Membership Account Screens - Bulk Updates"



1.  Go to Membership >> Accounts




2. Search for the account that you need to change and click the edit button. 





3. Once you are in the account the following screen will appear.  

4. Update the Payment status. If changing the account to PAID the system will ask you to confirm the members that should also be updated as well. 





5. Be sure to click the "Update Account" button at the bottom left of the page.
