Dashboard & Wordpress Menu Bar Overview

*Please Note: Our overall goal is to move all of the needed items from  the left hand WordPress Menu Bar, to the top blue Member Splash Menu Bar.   Therefore some of these menu items may not present based on your plan level (Premium plan shown) or due to software updates that we are currently working on. 


Member Splash - Displays an overview of your account types and provides you with counts on paid, unpaid and pending status


Manage Email - Premium customers can set up email accounts and forwarders here


Member Splash Settings - Payment and Front Desk settings are input here normally at time of setup but can be updated when needed


Payments - View payments and orders as well as make offline payments


Reports & Exports - Transaction reports - These reports can be used to filter information by Accounts, Members and Payments. Transaction Reports filter by date range, payment method and fee type. All reports can be exported to CSV. 


MailChimp Emails - This is where the API key is entered to connect your Mailchimp account with your Member Splash site. The List Management screen is the place to manage the merge tags that help you create segments in your Mailchimp account. 


Posts - This is where you can create and categorize posts that can be placed pages within your Member Splash site. 


Events - Create and categorize new events on your Calendar of Events


Media -Upload media such as club images or videos to place on pages


Products - This holds all your product/fees which include your membership dues, late fees, guest passes and all other club related fees


Forms- Create forms from our existing forms library to allow members to join your pool, pay for lessons or join pool activities


Views -This feature works with Forms and is only available to Premium customers


Pages - A list of all your pages within your site. Depending on your plan level you can add new pages here


News Tickers - Easily add custom news tickers to your site either through short codes and direct functions 


Appearance - Edit nav bar/menus here depending on your plan level


Settings - This is where your general WordPress settings are located. The Admin Email address is located in the General Settings. Event Organiser and Media settings can also be updated here.
