Check In Page

This functionality is available to those individuals who have logged in as an Admin or a Staff user and when the Front Desk Setting is enabled.

1. Go to the Member Splash Dashboard and click on Front Desk

2. Click on the setting button

3. Scroll Down to the the middle of the screen and make sure the Enable Checkout box is selected for the feature to be turned on.

4. After refreshing your Checkin page, you'll notice a new check out button and you'll see the Current Attendance count:

5.  To check a member out, first, we must check a member in. Let's do that

5a. You'll notice that the COMPLETE CHECK OUT button is disabled. That's because the member isn't currently checked in.

6. Select the member you wish to check in, and click the COMPLETE CHECK IN button. Click SUBMIT to confirm the check in and your Member will be checked in. You will see your Members Currently Checked In number increase.

Next time you search for your member, you will notice there is a note that says "member is checked in" which indicates they are checked in. This includes them in the Current Member count and enables the COMPLETE CHECK OUT button.

You will see your Members Currently Checked In number go down when a user is successfully checked out.

Note: If you need to check a member out immediately after checking in, refresh the check in page.
