It has very recently come to our attention that Mailchimp has updated contact and send limits on accounts using their free marketing plan. We know that this will adversely affect many of our clubs. We are equally disappointed by these new terms and are trying our best to formulate a solution for our clubs. Since Mailchimp is a third-party platform, we don’t have any control over any changes to their plan offerings.

They have updated their Pricing Plan article. Please review the changes they have made to the free marketing plan for more information. We already have an in-site communication tool feature on our Development roadmap and in light of Mailchimp’s recent changes, we are doing our best to fast-track the buildout of that feature. Mailchimp integration will remain in place for those who prefer to use it, but our in-site communication tool will give our clubs another avenue for contacting membership without an added expense. We will announce it’s release as soon as we can.
