The Payment screen can be accesses via the Finances (previously Bills) tab, then click on Payments.
The Payments screen has had a visual overhaul and a major update to the search functionality.
When you first go to your new Payment Screen set the date range for narrow window of time as the data will pull back faster with a shorter timeframe.
The new search filter will give you more range of selections for payment searches and reporting. Remember the Payment screen differs from the order screen on 2 very import ways.
1) deletions are not allowed from the Payment screen &
2) It displays only items that are paid for, no pending item display here.
The Payment screen still displays that data in column and row format for easy visual display and use. The date rage fields are selectable in keeping with the format of the other Member Splash reports.
The major update to this report is the Manager Filter Options that have been added (more on those in a moment). The quick search function still allows you to pull up the payments by name, order, account# and legacy account#.
The Manage Filter Feature allows for expanded search and data presentation. It works in the same manner as the Account and Member Filters so if you have used those you will have head start here.
The main filter categories and Payment method, Account type, Fee type (For POS Fee type and Category are used interchangeably).
The filter also allow the Pool Admin to change columns on the report. These appear under Standard Fields to Display in Results. Selecting the fields that you use most will allow for greater flexibility and remove unwanted data.
The system also allow you to move the columns from left to right in order to group the data you wanted to see side-by-side.
