Member Splash has built-in export tools that allow you to generate reports based on account data, member data or payment data. Each report type includes filter tools so you can tailor the data based on the specific criteria you need.


The steps below detail how to generate these reports.

  1. From your Dashboard, click on the Reports & Exports, then the Export Data menu.

  2. The next screen will show you the three types of exports available: Accounts; Members; Payments. Use the filtering tools available on each export type to tailor the information generated based on your needs.

  3. Click the blue Submit button to generate the report.

  4. The next screen will show the data based on the filters applied. Adjust the columns displayed by clicking the Choose Columns button. Save the report as a spreadsheet file by clicking the Export to CSV button.
